JD Fit specializes in full body circuit series; which will focus on building quality lean muscle and burning body fat all at once! Our class specializes in glute & abs Bootcamp, functional training, footwork and resistance training, JD Assassin Full Body Circuit which will help promote muscle growth and decreasing body fat. Majority of our workout will only require bodyweight no free weights needed. We will incorporate resistance bands and ladder drills to promote coordination and growth all around.
