Free Yoga on the Promenade (Piedmont Park)

Free Yoga is back and ready to help you reach your 2018 goals! Grab your mat and head into Piedmont Park for free yoga at 7pm.

This outdoor opportunity is presented by Sprouts and hosted by the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The class will be instructed by Dancing Dogs Yoga Atlanta. Rain or Shine .

6:30pm: Come in, grab a spot, mingle with others and visit with Sprouts and the Conservancy. Goodies and information will rotate throughout the year!
