Free Health Education Class: Diabetes Education

Wholistic Stress Control Institute (WSCI) has announced Project Wellness, a series of four free classes focused on a variety of health-related topics. The 90-minute classes will be held from 6:15 – 7:45 pm at Metropolitan Library (Room B), 1332 Metropolitan Pkwy. SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.
Following are meeting dates and class topics:
- Wednesday, January 24: Stress Management
- Wednesday, January 31: Physical Exercise
- Wednesday, February 7: Diabetes Education
- Monday, February 12: Nutritional Eating and Juicing
