Evictions During COVID-19: An Important Update

Atlanta BeltLine Partnership and Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation have scheduled a free, virtual workshop for March 10 to review the current state of the CDC moratorium on evictions, and what to do when it expires on March 31.

AVLF attorneys will discuss the eviction process and how to file an answer if you’ve received an eviction notice, what to do if you have a hearing before the moratorium ends, the current CDC moratorium and what to do once it expires, and COVID-19 emergency assistance for rent, mortgage, utilities, and security deposits.
