Cut Body Bootcamp is High Intensity Interval & Strength based training class that will help you achieve all of your fitness and wellness goals!
Each class is formatted to help you get quicker, faster, stronger & most of all, better than your best self! Cut Body will tighten and tone your problem areas and build your endurance. Get ready for lunges, squats, sprints, and other strength and conditioning exercises to sculpt your body! Being a part of this bootcamp means that you are a part of an elite group of women & men that are all here for one common goal = BE COURAGEOUS & GROW STRONG!
Recommended but not required equipment: 8-12lb Dumbbells, Glute Bands and Handle Resistance Bands, Mat, Water
