Cardio Kickboxing – Indoor Facility

March 17, 2018 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Class is moved to the Cosmic Energy Fitness studio at the Northlake Mall due to the bad weather on Saturday. The address is:

4800 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta 30345
Top Level on the Sears’ end.

Watch out! This class is a fusion of boxing, martial arts and aerobics done rhythmically to music. Offering an intense total-body workout it utilizes the training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing. The objective of cardio kickboxing is not to make a “fighter” out of you, but rather to give you a holistic, total-body training that combines an aerobic workout with the movements and techniques of martial arts.
