Aerobics (Pink Edition!)

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we are partnering with Susan G. Komen of Greater Atlanta on their Get Up Fitness Challenge campaign to encourage people to get out and get healthy.

Join us for an energizing sixty-minute workout for all ages!

Led by Young at Heart Fitness, aerobics classes are designed for all ages and fitness levels. If it’s your first class or your 50th – you’re sure to have fun while getting fit! Led by: 10-AGAIN.

At the end of the class a Komen representative will be there to tell you about breast cancer awareness and collect any donations. Proceeds will be split with The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, so bring donations if you are able! Learn more about the Get Up Challenge.
