2.25.16 Southwest Study Group: Proactive Rezoning – Subarea 1

The City of Atlanta’s Department of Planning and Community Development, along with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., is proactively rezoning key redevelopment areas in support of transit-oriented development. This incorporates zoning recommendations from the Subarea Master Plans to implement pedestrian and bicycle-friendly urban infill around the planned transit investment.
