Where to End Your Workday on the Beltline 

A midweek outing or sunset stroll can go a long way to make the week feel more enjoyable. Whether you’re winding down with coworkers or meeting up with friends, visit the Beltline on your way home from the office to get outside, explore, and enjoy great food and drinks without overspending. 

Here’s our guide to the best late afternoon and evening deals around the trail. 

Eastside Trail  

McCray's Tavern: McCray’s offers half-priced appetizers, $8 draft cocktails, and half off wine and pints from 4 to 6 p.m. The tavern offers trail goers a casual atmosphere, plenty of TVs, and people watching. 

Llyod’s Restaurant & Lounge: This DeKalb Avenue pizzeria keeps things classic with happy hour from 5–7 p.m., featuring $5 martinis, vespers, and Manhattans. 

Eclipse di Luna: Known for its lively atmosphere, Eclipse di Luna runs deals Tuesday to Friday from 4 to 6 p.m., with $6 tapas and drinks including margaritas, mojitos, sangria, spirits, beer, and wine.  

Northeast Trail 

Mistora: Stop by this cozy Midtown gem Tuesday - Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for “Golden Hour,” featuring discounted tapas, $6 desserts, and $12 crafted cocktails. Their Southern-inspired menu includes street corn ribs, chicken croquetas with Cajun cream sauce, peach cobbler churros, and more. 

The Nook: Nook Neighborhood Happy Hour runs every weekday from 3–6 p.m. Enjoy $6 wells, house wine, and select drafts, food specials including a half order of their famous “Totchos” (loaded tator tots) for $7, and $1 off food with any drink purchase.  

Northwest Trail 

Flight Club: From 4-6 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, you can pair your darts game with discounted bites like fried pickles, beef sliders, and Cuban tacos, and signature cocktails like the Junglebird for just $8. They also offer $2 off all draft beer, liquor & wine by the glass. On Mondays, deals go all day! 

O-Ku: This sushi destination at West Midtown’s Iron Works hosts happy hour Monday through Thursday from 5–6:30 p.m., with small plates, half-priced sushi rolls, and drink specials best enjoyed on the rooftop patio. 

Tuza Taco: Keep it simple with authentic Mexican tacos and $5 hand-crafted margaritas from 3–6 p.m. Monday-Saturday.  

Southeast Trail 

Casa Coya: Weekday happy hour brings a wide range of deals to this Peruvian-influenced steakhouse. Find $1 wings and $5 lamb chops to discounted seafood baskets and tequila shots—perfect for sharing with a group. 

Fire Pit Pizza Tavern: The Grant Park eatery serves $5 cheese pizzas, drafts, wells, and wine Monday through Thursday from 4–6 p.m. Their sister concept, Bird Cage, also offers $3 tostadas and half priced wine during the same time. 

Southside Trail   

Patria Cocina: This family-owned, authentic Mexican restaurant hosts “Jalisco Hour” with rotating drink and food specials Tuesday-Friday from 3–5 p.m.  

Southwest Trail 

Boxcar at Hop City: Enjoy appetizer and drink specials at this West End spot on weekdays from open until 7 p.m. Their unique menu boasts chicken parmesan sliders, boom boom shrimp, and mango, tomato, and basil bruschetta. 

With so many deals and areas to choose from, it’s easy to turn an ordinary afternoon into something worth looking forward to. So, grab a seat, try somewhere new, and make the most of those golden hours along the trail!
