If you’ve ever tried to snag a big table on the Atlanta Beltline during peak hours, you know it’s a lively scene. As one of the city’s hottest destinations, the corridor draws locals and visitors alike with its vibrant restaurants, bars, and inviting outdoor spaces.
Whether you’re traveling to Atlanta with coworkers or planning a night out with a group of friends, finding a spot that comfortably accommodates your whole crew is key to keeping the good times rolling. To help you out, we’ve rounded up some of the best group-friendly spots where you can unwind, eat, and soak in the lively energy of the Beltline.
Northeast & Eastside Trails
Nakato: Not far from the Northeast Trail, this classic and freshly renovated Japanese restaurant offers reservations for up to 20 people, plus the Tatami Room experience for an additional $25 per-person seating charge. It’s a great spot if you’re looking to still have that intimate feel, despite having a large group.
Park Tavern: Nestled in the heart of Piedmont Park, Park Tavern is a unique blend of brewpub, sports bar, and restaurant. With a menu that has something for everyone, it’s the perfect spot to take in the beautiful Midtown skyline and green surroundings. Reservations are available for up to 20 people.
Barcelona Wine Bar: Just off the Eastside Trail in Inman Park, this eclectic Spanish spot serves up mouth-watering tapas, sangria, and a lively atmosphere. Groups of 2 to 20 are welcome with reservations.
Ticonderoga Club: Intimate yet energetic, Ticonderoga Club is tucked inside Krog Street Market and accommodates larger parties in a reserved section with seating for up to 14 people. It’s also a Michelin-recommended spot, so you’re sure to have an unforgettable experience.
Southeast & Southside Trail
Emmy Squared: Known for its Detroit-style pizza and burgers — including Gluten-free options — Emmy Squared is a casual, crowd-pleasing choice for any group outing along the Southeast Trail. If the weather is nice, you can even take your group out onto their patio.
Vickery’s Bar and Grill: This Glenwood Park favorite offers Southern-inspired comfort food and hearty plates in a cozy setting. Reservations for larger groups can be made here or by calling the restaurant.
Patria Cocina: Enjoy craft cocktails, fresh margaritas, and vibrant, shareable plates at this Mexican owned and operated gem in Grant Park. Reservations are available up to 30 days in advance through Resy, and parties of 10 or more are encouraged to contact the restaurant directly. Make sure to ask about their secret menu items!
Southwest Trail and Westside Beltline Connector
Monday Night Brewing- The Garage: This lively brewery offers both private and semi-private event spaces. The Sunroom Suite features bright, comfortable seating ideal for gatherings of up to 20 people, while the open-air Hop Hut Orchard Bar overlooks the Southwest Trail and also allows for large tables. If you’re looking to add food to the night, you’re in luck! The brewery offers in-house pizzas, wings, and more.
Avenue Kitchen & Cocktail: Avenue Atlanta delivers vibrant Japanese–American fusion in the heart of the city, offering an array of dishes crafted to excite your taste buds. Located along the Westside Beltline Connector trail, the restaurant combines a distinctive ambiance with Southern-inspired plates and creative cocktails. Reservations for parties of up to 30 are available on OpenTable.
Westside and Northwest Trail:
The Optimist: Seafood lovers will enjoy this Westside staple, which features an airy, coastal-inspired setting perfect for group dining up to 20 people.
Marcel: At this high-end steakhouse in the Westside Provisions District, reservations are available for up to 20 guests, and private dining options are available. Marcel was another honoree during the 2025 Michelin Guide Awards.
Boone’s: Located near Bobby Jones Golf Course, Boone’s offers elegant Southern dining with Beltline-adjacent views. For private events larger than 12, submit a request here.

When in doubt, visit one of the food halls on the trail, or grab a snack from a vendor at one of our Beltline Marketplace locations and enjoy a picnic in a park!
