Atlanta Beltline, Inc. (ABI) is shaping the way for a more connected, accessible, and sustainable future in our city with the Beltline Transit Study (BTS). This initiative, focused on the Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast corridors, aims to transform mobility options in these key areas, ensuring they reflect the unique needs of each community.
The Beltline and its consultant team, led by Kimley-Horn, have completed the first phase of the Beltline Transit Study. So far, the study evaluated 18 Northwest segments across nine criteria, narrowing them to five corridor alternatives. In the Southeast, 14 proposed stations were narrowed down to seven (learn more about our findings here).
However, the success of this effort continues to rely on more than good planning; it depends on the insights, feedback, and engagement from community members like you. By participating in the survey, you'll play a key role in helping the Beltline shape the future of Atlanta’s transit.
The survey will collect data on Beltline use, current and future travel and transportation modes, and preferences and analyze your thoughts on Beltline transit alignments, routes, and station locations. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete the first sections of the survey and another 10-15 minutes to complete the optional sections.
Click here to take the survey in English and here to take it in Spanish and share your input. The survey will be open until December 1.
