The Atlanta Beltline, Inc. 2025 Annual Report is here, highlighting a milestone 20th anniversary year filled with impact and success. 

In 2025 alone, we celebrated two ribbon cuttings and three groundbreakings, celebrating the creation of community spaces where Atlanta can connect and play. More than half of the 22-mile loop is now complete, with 13.6 miles of mainline trail and 10.3 miles of connector trails open to the public. 

This past year, we reached 79% of our goal to create or preserve 5,600 homes by 2030 – a remarkable accomplishment given that just five years ago, we were at 38%. We launched our new Beltline Ambassador program and Data & Impact department, bolstered small business support through various economic development initiatives, hosted multiple community meetings, events, and activations across the corridor, and so much more. Milestones like these position us to keep up the momentum in building a more equitable and inclusive Atlanta in 2026.
