Now Available: Atlanta Beltline, Inc.'s 2024 Annual Report

2024 proved to be another pivotal year for the Atlanta Beltline, with significant progress being made across the project including trail construction, economic development, and affordable housing. Thanks to two ground breakings and a ribbon cutting, we ended the year with 85% of the 22-mile mainline trail either complete or under construction. We rolled out a new visual identity and website, were named one of the Best Places to Work in Atlanta, and surpassed our annual affordable housing goals by nearly 90%. We celebrated the launch of our first Commercial District Support Grant, provided new ways for local business owners to feel empowered, and updated our Strategic Implementation Plan to carry us through 2030.
