Since 2019, the Façade pARTnership Grant Program’s mission has been to connect trail users with businesses along the corridor, enhancing them with beautiful art and creations made by local artists.

Businesses like Carver Neighborhood Market, CreateATL, Pegleg Studio, A/C Clutch Bicycle Shop, and Red's Beer Garden are all previous recipients of the program—and are testaments to its benefits: providing local artists a platform to showcase their talent and creativity, as well as giving businesses much needed capital improvements. The program is designed to catalyze economic growth within the Beltline Tax Allocation District (TAD) that spans the 22-mile Beltline corridor.

Now, the Façade pARTnership Grant Program has welcomed five new businesses into its community: One Source Affiliates, Lee Street Meats, Executive Realty Solutions, Harbor Coffee, and Fred Martin Welding. Each business is paired with a local artist whose goal is to transform the business facade into an amazing reflection of the business themselves, the vibrant area where it’s located and the collaborative nature that makes Atlanta unique.

The artists selected are:

Each business selected for the program can get up to $50,000 in funding. Selection is based on the area’s economic need, visibility of the locations, potential for other façade improvements to be clustered, and assuring maximum impact for both the businesses and surrounding commercial districts.

The Beltline will continue to accept applications for future cycles. Learn more about the program and apply here.
