The Beltline is excited to announce the selection of our new Chief Financial Officer, Nino Maisuradze. In this role, she will oversee the organization’s financial strategy and operations, including management of the Beltline’s annual budget, financial reporting, and long-term fiscal planning.

Nino is an experienced global leader, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Ingenico North America. Over the course of her career, she’s built a reputation for creating collaborative work environments and aligning financial strategy with organization priorities to drive sustainable, long-term growth.

As CFO, Nino will oversee the Beltline’s main funding programs — the Tax Allocation District (TAD), Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and TAD Increment Fund — which support trail infrastructure, land purchases, affordable housing, and commercial development. She will also manage financial partnerships with city and state agencies, including Invest Atlanta, Atlanta Housing, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and the Development Authority of Fulton County, to keep the Beltline's capital strategy on track toward its 2030 goals and long-term community commitments.

“Nino's track record speaks for itself. She’s spent her career taking on complex financial challenges and building the teams needed to solve them,” said Clyde Higgs, President & CEO of Atlanta Beltline, Inc. “Her ability to align financial strategy within an organization's broader mission is exactly what we need as we continue this work for Atlanta. We’re thrilled to welcome her to the team.”

Nino Maisuradze joins ABI as the new Chief Financial Officer bringing more than two decades of global financial and operational leadership.
Nino’s arrival comes at a pivotal moment, as the Beltline advances its largest budget yet to accommodate its most ambitious construction period to date. New trail sections, streetscape improvements, parks, affordable housing, commercial developments, and digital access sites are underway across the corridor.

“The Beltline's mission resonates deeply with me,” said Maisuradze. “I’ve spent my career working to build organizations that create lasting impact, and the work happening here for the people of Atlanta is exactly the kind of meaningful, community-focused work I want to be part of. I look forward to bringing my experience to this team and helping drive the Beltline's goals forward.”

Outside of her professional work, Nino enjoys spending time in nature and supporting community initiatives focused on creating meaningful and lasting impact.
