We’re excited to announce the launch of a new Affordable Housing Dashboard and Mobile App, designed to make it easier than ever for residents to locate affordable housing in Beltline communities.
The updated housing dashboard and new mobile feature increase transparency and improve access to housing information, offering a visual way for Atlantans to track affordable homes near the Atlanta Beltline in one easy-to-use, interactive map. Strong partnerships, inclusionary zoning and innovative funding sources mark our progress toward creating and preserving affordable residences along the corridor.
The Affordable Housing Dashboard showcases affordable units within the Beltline Tax Allocation District and the Beltline Planning Area, serving a wide range of income levels. Users can explore properties, review key details, and learn more about opportunities linked in the platform.

The dashboard and mobile app support a variety of audiences and uses, including:
Housing searches for residents looking for affordable rental options
Easy to use address search features that allow users to locate properties within the Atlanta Beltline's planning areas, including Neighborhood Stabilization Areas, Subareas, Tax Allocation District (TAD), Zoning Overlay, and Special Service District (SSD).
Key metrics, including progress tracking toward our major affordability milestone: 5,600 affordable housing units created or preserved in the Beltline Tax Allocation District (TAD) by the end of 2030.
We’re proud to share that we’re already reached 79% of that goal, with a strong pipeline as we look ahead—a major milestone made possible through collaboration and commitment. Together with our partners at Invest Atlanta, Atlanta Housing, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, and the City of Atlanta, we’re working to build a more inclusive, connected, and affordable city.
