Inspiring, energizing, and full of possibility, the Atlanta Beltline Business Solutions Office (BSO) held its 2026 Pitch Competition on April 2 at Plywood Place. Hosted by WABE journalist Rose Scott, the event brought together entrepreneurs, community members, and leaders to celebrate the innovation emerging from the Beltline’s small business ecosystem.

The competition spotlighted graduates of Beltline Business Ventures —an accelerator program designed to equip entrepreneurs with the tools and resources needed to grow and sustain their businesses. The featured graduates each took to the stage to present their business and ideas to compete for a share of the $200,000 prize pool.

“Small businesses are the lifeblood of our communities” says Natalie Jones, Beltline Business Solutions Manager “I’m glad the Beltline is able to have programs like Beltline Business Ventures and our pitch competition to continue to support those communities that are doing the work in our neighborhoods”

The featured industries ranged from healthcare and pet grooming to food and workforce development, with each entrepreneur sharing a vision for growth. First place winner Andrea Jenkins of Jazzy Pawz, Atlanta’s first pet care wellness and workforce hub, plans to use her prize to expand along the corridor and invest in her grooming services, apprenticeship program, and retail boutique.

The full list of winners included:

Jazzy Pawz by Andrea - $75,000

Atelier7, LLC - $50,000

The BeltHub - $30,000

About Your Family Medicine  $20,0000

Scratch Food Group – $15,000

NPursuit Career Partners - $10,0000

Brian Lee, pitch competition participant and owner of Scratch Food Group, reflected on his experience: “The pitch competition felt like Atlanta’s future in one room, with founders building businesses that match the Beltline’s scale and its values. It wasn’t just about pitching—it was about proving that we can execute and serve the community at the same time.”

Each entrepreneur participating represented the future of Atlanta’s small business community. Their dedication, creativity, and willingness to grow through the program exemplify the mission of the BSO.

Through programs and events like these, the BSO remains committed to fostering innovation and providing pathways for entrepreneurs to thrive.
