A Closer Look at CDA’s Work on the BeltLine

Working with the Atlanta BeltLine, and our design and construction consultants, Construction Data & Analytics (CDA) is a key player behind the scenes of our trail work. Under the leadership of Darron Bailey, founder and CEO, CDA develops detailed design and construction schedules for highly complex federally funded projects.

As a Project Controls Consultant, CDA is an integral part of the project team, meeting regularly with all stakeholders to communicate and steer the project to success with a focus on critical path deadlines. This includes scheduling key real estate closings, required federal design document approvals, grant and federal funding deadlines, and construction permitting.
