Public Meeting Advisory: Redevelopment Master Planning of Atlanta BeltLine-Owned Site at Chappell Road

WHAT: Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is launching the community engagement process for the site located at 425 Chappell Road. The 31+ acre property was acquired as part of the BeltLine’s land acquisition strategy to support equitable development within the BeltLine TAD. The site is nestled within the Historic Westin Heights/Bankhead neighborhood.

WHEN: The meeting will be held virtually on Monday, April 24 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.

ABOUT THE MEETING: In this meeting we will review the BeltLine Subarea 10 Master Plan, discuss current development conditions, and share next steps for community conversations as part of creating a master redevelopment plan for the site and adjacent City of Atlanta properties.
