Mizutek, Inc. is an Atlanta-based plumbing company located in the BeltLine Planning Area, that provides site development, demolition and utility work. They install water, sewer, and storm systems for residential builders, commercial builders, and developers. Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) hired Mizutek as a contractor in 2021 to manage the gravel refresh of the Northeast Trail. The work was completed in record time, and trail users have been delighted with the improved conditions until this segment of the trail gets paved.
“Partnering with Mizutek for the gravel installation project was a great experience,” shared Nancy Newell, ABI project manager for the Northeast Trail gravel refresh project. “They understood that this segment of the BeltLine, while in interim condition, was being used daily by runners, walkers, and bicyclists. They worked quickly to minimize impacts to trail users and the surrounding neighborhoods. I enjoyed working with Lee and his team to provide this important trail surface improvement to the community.”
In this video, Mizutek, Inc. President, Lee Hannah shares his experience working with ABI and his perspective on being a part of the BeltLine community.
