The Design Review Committee (DRC) is an advisory group of subject-matter experts that provides consultation, review, and recommendations for all Special Administrative Permits within a half-mile of the Atlanta BeltLine corridor to determine its compliance with the BeltLine Overlay District Regulations. DRC Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month and are open to the public. However, there is not a public hearing component in these meetings. If you have comments to share with the DRC regarding a particular application, please submit your written comments to lreid@atlbeltine.org by 4pm on the Tuesday prior to the public meeting.
