You Can Keep the BeltLine Beautiful During Earth Month

You can lend your hands and heart to keep Atlanta BeltLine trails and parks clean and beautiful during Earth Month 2021. Throughout the month of April you, your family, and your close friends can volunteer to pick up litter on a day and at a location that is convenient for you and where you can socially distance. Please remember to wear masks and gloves while you’re out cleaning up. For more information on how you can participate safely, visit this Keep America Beautiful webpage.

Choose one of our designated locations to clean up on your own or with your social pod using this BeltLine map of places that could use some TLC. Then, choose the best time to head out and make a difference. When you’re finished, place your collected trash bags next to – not inside of – a trash can along the trail. Please note the locations of any completely full trash cans you find so you can tell us about them when you complete your report form (see below).

Be sure to tell us about your accomplishments by filling out our volunteer report form and posting a selfie of you and all the trash you’ve collected. Use the hashtag #earthmonthbeltline21 when you post your selfie so everyone can share in your tremendous accomplishment. Hopefully, it will encourage more people to head out for a clean-up of their own!

Thank you so much in advance for helping to keep our city – AND the Atlanta BeltLine – beautiful!
