The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership is excited to announce a new free fitness offering – Fitness Fridays with Camp Gladiator (CG)! CG leads participants on a five-week fitness journey led by Certified Personal Trainers where every session is different. Each “Camp” is a 45-minute, full-body workout incorporating both cardio and strength exercises. Here’s the weekly progression of classes:
- Week 1: Endurance work
- Week 2: Strength and agility training
- Week 3: Interval training
- Week 4: Reaching your “peak”
- Week 5: Yoga flow
Classes from CG will be offered every Friday at 12:30 p.m. – perfect for that week-ending, midday workout. Participate via Zoom for the most personal experience or just join us on the Atlanta BeltLine Facebook page. where we will be live streaming the class.
Our first CG class is set for Friday, March 5 at 12:30 p.m. Access the Zoom feed at http://bit.ly/BeltLineFitnessFriday. Use Meeting ID 856 6501 1614 and Passcode 298318.
