Transit Oriented Development Meeting August 28

WHAT: Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) will hold a Southeast Study Group public meeting to discuss the Chosewood Park Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) planning initiative.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND: The meeting is open to all of the public but is focused on the Southeast Study Group area. The Southeast Study Group includes parts of Grant Park, Cabbagetown, Reynoldstown, Edgewood, Glenwood Park, Ormewood Park, Boulevard Heights, Chosewood Park, South Atlanta, and Peoplestown.

WHEN: The meeting will be held on August 28, 2017 at 6:30 p.m.

WHERE: Focused Communities Strategy Room behind Carver Market, 1297 McDonough Boulevard SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. This location is accessible via MARTA bus #55 & #155. See www.itsmarta.com for complete bus map and schedule.

ABOUT THE PROJECT: This meeting is the first step in a three-tier planning process for the Chosewood Park neighborhood which will include gaining feedback and involvement from the community to examine the potential of building development that environmentally sensitive and innovative, is transit oriented, and meets the needs of the community now and for the future.
