New! Atlanta BeltLine “Fix It Line” for maintenance issues

See a maintenance issue out on an Atlanta BeltLine trail that needs attention? We now have a “fix it” line for that! Just call and leave a detailed message at 404.477.3687. If possible, take a photo and send it to us at fixit@atlbeltline.org. We appreciate the overwhelming support from neighbors and visitors for Atlanta BeltLine trails – with a special thank you to our Adopter groups – and know that you do a great job as eyes and ears for the project on a daily basis.

Many of you have asked about trash cans. Trash cans and recycling cans will be installed soon along the Eastside Trail.

Once grasses are permanently seeded on the Eastside Trail in 2013, maintenance crews will mow the corridor as needed. The rows of trees will be maintained by Trees Atlanta as part of a five year contract.

Whether the issue you spot is with landscaping, graffiti, a broken item, or anything else needing attention, we encourage you to call 404.477.3687 with details. Please remember to always call 911 in the case of emergencies—the fix it line is exclusively for maintenance issues. We look forward to continuing to bring you an enjoyable experience on Atlanta BeltLine trails!

  1. This is a great new service. Thanks.

Does Atlanta Beltline monitor reports logged with SeeClickFix? I know that it’s the go-to place for reporting problems in a lot of cities — but I don’t think it’s really caught on with the official channels in Atlanta.
