What: Park Pride & Atlanta BeltLine Partnership’s Greener Good Volunteer Day – (we’ve rebranded our “All-Call” volunteer events)
Scope of Work: The majority of the project will be helping prepare the fence line at Aluma Farm for spring berry plantings. We may also have trash cleanup and tree care along the Westside Trail if capacity allows.
Lunch: Macaroni and cheese, salad, fruit, and dessert will be provided by the Cabot Creamery Farmers’ Gratitude Grille following the workday, around 12:00.

Join Trees Atlanta and Atlanta City Council representatives for the second city-wide tree planting in our history; dubbed “Plantlanta,” the project will consist of a dozen tree plantings – in every council district in the city, led by representatives from Trees Atlanta. Hundreds of volunteers will spend their Saturday morning planting, mulching, and watering new trees as we increase the canopy in Atlanta neighborhoods.

The event will leverage our partnerships with the City of Atlanta, various corporate allies, other non-profits, and community stakeholders, highlighting the diverse cross-section of supporters of our city’s urban canopy. We hope that you will choose to be a part of this historic day, by lending your support to make Atlanta neighborhoods across the city greener and more shaded.
