Ponce City Farmers Market

Ponce City Farmers Market

Located under “The Shed” on the BeltLine entrance of Ponce City Market. The Ponce City Farmers Market is located directly on the Beltline and is the only farmers market in Georgia primarily attended by pedestrians and cyclists. The market is held seasonally on Tuesday evenings, and hosts some of Atlanta’s finest local food talent, including urban farmers, artisanal food makers, as well as pop-up chefs.

Community Farmer’s Market hosts producer-only market, meaning that vendors sell only products that they grow or produce themselves. Thier farmers use organic practices (some going even beyond organic) to help steward the earth while producing the freshest and most nutritious food available in Georgia. Look for veggies and fruits, pasture-raised eggs and meats, alongside artisanal food vendors and natural beauty-care vendors.

Northeast Study Group Public Meeting

Want to help guide the future of your community?

This is the third in a series of public meetings to gather community input on the Subarea 5 Master Plan. The purpose of this meeting is to present the findings from the open house on February 23rd and receive your feedback on the draft recommendations for land use (e.g. mixed use, housing, commercial services), mobility (e.g. trails, sidewalks, bikes, transit), parks and greenspace in BeltLine Subarea 5.

In 2007, master planning began by looking at the one-half mile on either side of the Atlanta BeltLine corridor to create a framework to support future growth and transit in the corridor. There are 10 distinct subarea masterplans for the Atlanta BeltLine and they are subject to periodic review and adoption by City Council.
