The lantern parade is a creative community collaboration. Thank you for making a lantern to walk in the parade! Your participation is what makes the magic. Please read parade details at https://art.beltline.org/lantern-parade
We are building tall lantern hats! Lantern hats are stylish and result in hands-free parading! And they come with a ribbon to tie under your chin so you can ride your bike. All materials, light, and batteries included. Tickets are per lantern hat. (ie. My bestie and I want to make one hat together. We just need one ticket.) Tickets help fund the parade and are non-refundable. You are welcome to BYO drinks and snacks. Please do your best to be on time.
This workshop is 21+ but don’t worry, there are plenty of other family-friendly workshops on our schedule!
NOTE: The studio is a short walk from Midtown Arts Marta Station and parking will be validated at the Promenade deck. It is is a little tricky to find. It’s on 15th Street. Detailed directions and a photo are at www.chantellerytter.com/midtown-studio
