Caribbean Workout and Zumba

Get Fit, Have Fun - It's Free!

With a range of programs for every level of fitness, there is no reason not to come get a healthy dose of fitness on the Atlanta BeltLine!

Every Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m (weather-permitting), come to the Beltline at Piedmont Park (in the green field next to Tavern Park, corner of 10th street & Monroe) for FREE community Zumba & “Fun Caribbean Workout” in the Park. Come burn calories, relieve stress and tone your muscles while, at the same time, having fun and enjoying great music from around the world! You’ll have a blast!

Led by JB, creator of PUNTAFAYA Caribbean Workout, these free classes are organized by and offered through the Atlanta Beltline and the City of Atlanta Parks & Recreational department as a service to the community. Classes are designed for all fitness levels; beginners and first-timers welcome; no experience needed; everyone can do it, just follow the instructor’s lead and go on your own pace.

Bring your friends, plenty of smiles, a towel, and a water bottle, and meet us on the putting green at Park Tavern at 7:30pm sharp! All levels welcome. Additional information on Puntafaya at
