ZUMBA FITNESS® KIDS
Zumba® Kids is perfect for our children to get the chance to socialize with friends dance and gain self esteem all while they jam and rock out to their favorite tunes. All ages.
The class is ~45 minutes of rockin’, high-energy dance parties packed with kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the dance steps, we dance to global music and styles, we also add games, language introduction, activities and global cultural exploration elements into the class structure. Helps develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of children’s lives by making fitness fun. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements like leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, cultural awareness. So mommies/caretakers come get your groove on with your child as they shake it and socialize with their friends.
Open to all ages. Each child must be accompanied by an adult/caregiver and is responsible for their child with all liabilities. No exceptions. Mommies with 0 – 4 year olds come with your child in the stroller or sit and listen to the music and watch your child’s eyes move with excitement and their little legs wiggle. Kids ages 4 – 7, mommy and me is a great way to connect and have fun with your child through music and movement. Kids age 7 – 12, mommies/daddies/caregiver watch your child find their groove, rock it out and meet new friends.
The class will meet in the Oak Hill area near the dock.
