Southwest Study Group Public Meeting

The City of Atlanta’s Department of Planning and Community Development, along with Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., is proactively rezoning key redevelopment areas in support of transit-oriented development. This incorporates zoning recommendations from the Subarea Master Plans to implement pedestrian and bicycle-friendly urban infill around the planned transit investment. The BeltLine Subarea 1 planning geography includes West End, Westview, Bush Mountain, Cascade Avenue/Road, Oakland City, Mechanicsville, Pittsburgh, and Adair Park neighborhoods and NPUs I, S, T and V.
