The Atlanta BeltLine Partnership works with experts in our community to conduct workshops designed to help lower-income and legacy residents of Westside and Southside Atlanta BeltLine neighborhoods understand the tools and resources available to them to remain in their homes.

First Time Self Employed Home Buyer Workshop

On November 9, 2022, The Atlanta Beltline Partnership and PNC Bank partnered for a free, virtual workshop to help first-time homebuyers who are self-employed learn about the process. Representatives from PNC Bank helped participants to:

  • Understand the purchase process
  • Understand your credit
  • Estimate your income and how it impacts loan approval
