Art on the Atlanta BeltLine Committee VolunteersArt on the Atlanta BeltLine is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the steering committee for the annual temporary public art project. The exhibition, now in its fifth year, is the largest outdoor art exhibition in the southeastern United States. We are seeking talented individuals and/or companies who can lend their time, skills, creativity and expertise to continue to bring bigger and better art for our city. Human Resources ManagerAtlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Human Resources Manager. The position reports to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and also works closely with Executive Team on organizational assignments. The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing, administering, and coordinating employee and employer issues including ensuring compliance with the Personnel Handbook, benefits and worker's compensation programs. This position works closely with the Human Resources Representative at Invest Atlanta and with ABI's Finance Department. Works with Executives, Directors, Managers and employees to build rapport, productivity, and morale. Real Estate and Asset Management DirectorAtlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Real Estate and Asset Management Director. The Director leads all aspects of real estate planning, activity and execution for ABI. The position reports to the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and will also work directly with the President and CEO, Vice President and General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer on complex real estate transactions. The position works with  members of the Senior Team and staff to address asset management and all aspects of managing ABI interests within the Atlanta BeltLine planning area. Atlanta BeltLine Overview

The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive revitalization effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. This sustainable project is providing a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit by re-using 22-miles of historic railroad corridors circling downtown and connecting 45 neighborhoods directly to each other. The Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. staff is an experienced and determined team tasked with the implementation of the Atlanta BeltLine vision. Working closely with the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the City of Atlanta, and Partner organizations, the staff at ABI oversees all aspects of planning, developing, and execution of the Atlanta BeltLine project.
