Art on the Atlanta BeltLine Committee VolunteersArt on the Atlanta BeltLine is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on the steering committee for the annual temporary public art project. The exhibition, now in its fifth year, is the largest outdoor art exhibition in the southeastern United States. We are seeking talented individuals and/or companies who can lend their time, skills, creativity and expertise to continue to bring bigger and better art for our city. Real Estate and Asset ManagerAtlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking a Real Estate and Asset Manager. This individual will be a key part of the ABI Real Estate Team and will report directly to the Director of Real Estate. The Real Estate and Asset Manager is directly responsible for managing real estate and other assets owned or controlled by ABI, including management of lease, license agreements, and maintenance agreements related to those assets. Atlanta BeltLine Overview

The Atlanta BeltLine is the most comprehensive revitalization effort ever undertaken in the City of Atlanta and among the largest, most wide-ranging urban redevelopment and mobility projects currently underway in the United States. This sustainable project is providing a network of public parks, multi-use trails and transit by re-using 22-miles of historic railroad corridors circling downtown and connecting 45 neighborhoods directly to each other. Working closely with the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership, the City of Atlanta, and Partner organizations, the staff at ABI oversees all aspects of planning, developing, and execution of the Atlanta BeltLine project.
