Atlanta BeltLine Partnership Office Manager PositionPosition Responsibilities
Reporting to the Deputy Executive Director, the Office Manager will provide administrative support to the Atlanta BeltLine Partnership staff, including scheduling meetings, managing daily tasks related to programs, handling mail and deliveries, filing and maintaining records, and ensuring all necessary office supplies and equipment are stocked, organized and in working order.  S/he will also often be the initial point of contact with the general public via phone, email, and in person.

GIS and Information Technology AdministratorThe GIS and Information Technology Administrator position manages all of Atlanta BeltLine Inc.’s geospatial data and also serves as the primary liaison for information technology (IT) support and assigned projects. This position reports to the Program Director and also works closely with an internal IT Task Force to set agenda and strategy for ABI. The position will collaborate with ABI team members to provide vital information regarding geospatial data to help visualize our current success and future goals. Additionally, this position will work with ABI’s IT provider to address day-to-day workstation, networking, and telecommunications support needs, software and hardware deployments, IT related projects, and mobile operations as assigned. Senior Transit Project ManagerAtlanta BeltLine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Transit Project Manager to conduct planning, environmental review, design and development activities including project management, engineering and construction management for transit capital projects and other transportation projects as part of the integrated program of projects. This position will also perform scope development, environmental impact analysis, financial planning and forecasting for transit, plan and specification review, scheduling, budgeting, negotiating, and contract administration.
