|Call for Atlanta BeltLine Design Review Committee Members||Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. (ABI) is seeking highly qualified volunteers to serve on the Atlanta BeltLine Design Review Committee (DRC). The purpose of the DRC is to assist the City of Atlanta’s Office of Planning and Community Development by providing design consultation, review, and recommendations for all Special Administrative Permits in the BeltLine Overlay Area. The DRC will also aid in the establishment of urban design guidelines that will help guide development within the Atlanta BeltLine planning area as defined in the BeltLine Overlay District regulations and the Sub Area Master Plans. The legislation as passed by the Atlanta City Council requires that those interested in serving as a member of the DRC must be a practicing architect, or an urban planner/designer.

A primary focus area of the Real Estate and Development Coordinator is providing research and analytical on potential acquisitions, development projects, and other departmental initiatives.
